Compass Church is actively involved in helping people connect to our world with the good news of Jesus Christ. Two years ago we sent 12 people to Ethiopia to dig and install drinking and agricultural water wells.

In 2009 we sent 12 people to refurbish a missionary's home in Nicaragua. We jokingly called it the Home Depot tour.

In 2010, it's a mission to America! Mission America 2010 will involve even more people of all ages especially our young adult families. We are searching for a struggling church within 250 miles of Orlando that we can prop up. We envision helping with paint and patch projects, Vacation Bible School and adult Bible studies. Part of our search involves either mountains or sea shore, so our people can relax after helping the church. Mark your calendars for Mission America 2010, June 27 through July 5,2010. Part of the expense will be underwritten by people in our church who love to do mission work.
